July 1st is Canada Day!

Georgina's Canada Day Festival will be celebrated on various sites across Georgina.

FESTIVAL SITES:

2:00-4:00 pm

• Keswick Home Hardware
• The Wet Thumb, Keswick
• Jackson's Point Parkette
• Sutton Sobeys
• Georgina Art Center, Sutton
• Pefferlaw Youth Center

 Each site will have the following:

• Face painting
• Local musicians
• Children's prizes
• Canada Day souvenirs
• Hot Dogs
• Canada Day cake

FIREWORKS

Fireworks Display will be lit from a Barge over Lake Simcoe at 10:00 pm

Area to view the display will be from De La Salle Park and Franklin Beach.

Lake Drive will be CLOSED from Brule Lakeway to Salvation Army Road from 9:00pm to 11:00pm on July 1st 2010
