Our community at the south end of Lake Simcoe is growing at a nice rate.  We hear that the big box stores have cleared final hurdles to continue building at Glenwoods and Ravenshoe in Georgina.  (Too bad they couldn't get the YMCA for all the kids and families though.)

A new development on the water might move forward also.  There is supposed to be a hotel, quaint shops, and waterfront condos.  It would be a great addition to this community.  It's located near the sub shop on Queensway.

Call any agent in the Town of Keswick to find out more.  They could give you the info you need if you are interested in a waterfront condo.    

Our 2078 s.f. Bungaloft is shingled and could be available for closing in about 2 months.  It's called the Bristol model and you can find it here on our website.
