There is a Sno Fest at De La Salle Park on Lake Drive on Saturday, Feb. 13, 2010.  Free sleigh rides, snowmobile rides, dog sled rides and other activities. Admission is FREE.  Great event for the family.  Call the Town at 905-476-4301 x 240 for more info.

Also, Feb. 20-21 is the Canandian Ice Fishing Championship.  Register at www.georginafishingseries.ca  This is a huge event with a lot of prizes and many participants.  There are many places to rent a fish hut - check out the Georgina Advocate online or Google "fish huts on Lake Simcoe".

There are some one acre serviced lots that are steps to Lake Simcoe that we can build on for you.  This site is established with about 35 homes built there.  It's located about 15 minutes from the 404!
